Max Payne 2 Highly Compressed 10mb It's not uncommon for people to buy pc games online, even when they are on the expensive side, but there are occasions where it can be worth it to purchase a game before release date. And while most retailers offer pre-orders of Max Payne 2, you might want to check out this website that offers an unofficial Mp2c pre-order. And yes, they claim that it is highly compressed, meaning that the download would only take around ten megabytes of space on your hard drive. A little while back, I blogged about the fact that 505 Games had turned on the price lock on Max Payne 2, which makes us believe that the game will definitely be coming out this year. However, there are still a lot of things that need further explanation. One of them is the highly compressed 10mb pre-order version of Max Payne 2 that can be downloaded from their website. Yes, it might not sound all that impressive but keep in mind that it doesn't have any files to download or anything like that! All you have to do is right-click on the link above and choose Save Target As... on your PC. Doing this will result in the pre-order of Max Payne 2 being saved on your desktop, but you can also choose to save it to your hard disk if you want. There is no way to really compare the filesize of this highly compressed version by using a tool like WinRAR or WinZip, but I'm sure that it is indeed quite small. To download the highly compressed version of Max Payne 2, follow the instructions above and then unzip it. However, if you happen to have any saved space on your hard disk already, this one will take up only ten megabytes of space. That's not even enough for an average game, but it seems like Max Payne 2 is all ready to go! I don't know if it is too early to start thinking about this, but I would really like to see the recently released 8gb PS3 console be able to run Max Payne 2. That would probably require that the game will be polished up quite a bit before it is released, but I'm sure that lots of people will be getting this highly compressed version of Mp2c if it can work on the PS3.
